How much is delivery?

UK Mainland

We use DPD Local to ship our goods, the pricing options are standard £7.99+VAT per delivery and its typically 1 Business/working Day / NEXT DAY Delivery. ( excluding weekends & bank holidays )

There are a number of other options you may wish to add at Checkout such as timed options.

LUMIFIL UK LTD take NO responsibility for delays in shipping and delivery of goods, nor any consequential financial loss through delayed or failed delivery. Compensation will not be given for any loss incurred due to failed or late deliveries. We do not take responsibility for any issues with DPD or Royal Mail. We cannot guarantee delivery before and around the Christmas period.

If you receive a faulty, incorrect or missing product, please do not dispose of the product. If the product is disposed of LUMIFIL Ltd will not be able to replace or refund the product. If you have a missing product you have 48 hours to report this.

Delivery Policy – Parcels Left Unattended or Stolen

Please note: Any orders that are left outside an address or reported stolen will be subject to an investigation with DPD. An investigation may take up to 7 working days to complete. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds until the investigation is resolved.

SmilePharma is not liable for any lost or stolen items unless Product Protection has been selected at the time of ordering. If you do not choose Product Protection, SmilePharma cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels once they have been marked as delivered by the courier.

We always strive to ensure your parcel arrives the next working day; however, delays can occasionally occur, particularly during busy periods. We appreciate your understanding.

Please note: Some countries have import taxes, which we unfortunately can’t be certain of, or pay for in advance. If you are ordering from any of these countries, you might be charged import duties that will be payable by you.
